Our Invitation to YOU
Gentle Spirit Christian Church welcomes all people without regard to race, color, gender, sexual orientation or physical challenge.
We would like to invite you to attend a service at our church. We know you'll come away with God's blessing... and a lot of new friends.
We meet each Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the first picnic pavillion in Candler Park of Atlanta for worship followed by a potluck. Click here for directions.
We also participate in a joint evening service at First Christian Church in Decatur at 6:47PM Sunday nights.
First Christian Church of Decatur and Gentle Spirit Christian Church are delighted to be co-hosting a new and exciting worship for people from all walks of life. We share a vision and prayer to reflect the amazing diversity and thriving faith found in the city of Decatur and the surrounding communities. We strive to be open and accepting of all God's children.
Through the service of prayer, praise we will extend an open invitation to the Lord's Table. Each are invited to join us at 6:47pm each Sunday evening to experience the "Community in Communion". Offering collected each week will go to a shared benevolence fund for both Churches to use for emergency needs in the community.
